January 2009: Pizza Hut (Chippenham)

A credit-crunch busting offer from Pizza-Hut kicked off 2009; very friendly mid-week welcome, even laughing at the suggestion that two 50% off vouchers meant free food! Also found out last year's rumours of changing its name to 'Pasta Hut' was a cynical marketing ploy.

Usual format; girls shared a pizza whilst the boys needed a large one each and a bottle of red lubrication. Very little left over for the doggy bag - cheesy-stuffed-crust-chunk-things proving irresistable. Good value, relaxed evening - and all for under £40 for four - where can you go wrong?
